Returns

As we have now closed out all physical CDs, we are no longer able to accept returns, or offer replacements or exchanges.

Our downloadable products are non-returnable/non-refundable. If you wish to make sure that the technology works for you before purchasing, please try our free downloadable Forgiving and Letting Go program first).

We recommend that you keep a copy of downloadable orders in a safe place such as on a flash drive. If you need to request replacements for downloadable orders (due to issues such as computer failures or phone changes), there will be a charge of $7.95 per program for singles, doubles, sets and collections, $39 per album, and $79 per library. If you need to request fresh download urls for lost files, please e-mail innertalk@innertalk.com. We must also have a record that you purchased the InnerTalk downloadable programs directly from us. 

Please note: There are no return or exchange privileges for downloadable orders. However, if an item is defective, please contact us and we will send you a replacement.
