Stroke Recovery
— A stroke, sometimes referred to as a brain attack, occurs when the blood supply to the brain is blocked by a clot or tear in a blood vessel. There are two types of stroke: Ischemic & Hemorrhagic. With an Ischemic stroke, blood vessels become blocked. A hemorrhagic stroke occurs when an aneurysm floods the surrounding tissue with blood.
